Friday was a big day for Chad, a Lower School student, as he walked in with a new haircut, a sportcoat, and a big job ahead of him.
He took over as Head of School for the Day for Pete Pullen, who served as his assistant and leadership advisor for the day. Chad spent his time working on sharing ideas of how to make Eton a more kind and thoughtful place for students and teachers. He got a chance to shoot some hoops with Mr. Pullen, and he also handed out ice cream and treated the teachers and staff to a coffee and donut bar.
Chad also shared the pride he has for his family and their history in business, hoping to follow in his grandfather and father's footsteps. "They both make sure everyone is treated fairly and like family. I think that's really important when running a school or a business."
