Eton Academy educates students who learn differently with reading, attention, and other learning challenges by building academic skills and self-confidence in an accepting and supportive environment. We serve students in grades 1-12 who are of average to above-average academic potential, with a learning difference such as ADHD, dysgraphia, or dyslexia.

    Eton Academy, an independent school dedicated to educating students who learn differently, is seeking a dynamic, kind, go-getter to serve as the next Director of the Hartmann-Eton Center for Teaching & Learning.  The Director reports to the Head of School & Center.  The Hartmann-Eton Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) is an auxiliary program of Eton Academy.  Eton is committed to the education of students who learn differently.  Eton helps build essential skills and confidence that foster lifelong success.  At the CTL, the goal is to empower students, parents, teachers, and schools with tools and knowledge that foster school and life success.

  • Substitute Teachers

    Eton Academy seeks positive and empathetic professionals to serve as substitute teachers.

    The substitute teacher will be able to provide an environment conducive to individualized learning and personal growth. A background in LD or special education is ideal.

    Candidate must be able to establish rapport with students and create a warm, nurturing learning environment.

    Must be self-starter and motivated to learn and seek knowledge in teaching students with learning differences.

    Qualifications
    - At least a Bachelor’s Degree,
    - A valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, and
    - Completed a student teaching or approved internship.

    Eton Academy educates students in grades 1-12 who learn differently by building academic skills and self-confidence in an accepting and supportive environment.
